Our production unit is equipped with all kinds of machinery essential to the metalworking industry. The cutting and drilling line, equipped with automatic loaders and unloaders, has the capacity to cut and drill profiles with sections up to 800 [mm].
We are also equipped with a high-definition plasma for cutting sheet metal and a sheet deburring machine to ensure that all material is free of impurities before assembly and welding.
The "sheet metal section" of Garsteel has the latest generation machinery, which includes equipment such as unwinders, straighteners, guillotines, bending machines and double turning machines.
We respond to any challenge that may be placed before us, supported by our know-how and equipment, using our automated and speedy production processes.
We make sheet metal parts to measure, as well as all kinds of accessories, trimmings and bent parts, such as flashing, casings, roof ridges, guttering, coping, among others.
